Terms & Conditions

1. Marketplace Facilitation Platform

PaniKar is a technology facilitation platform connecting independent service providers, teams, and businesses with customers in Mysuru, Karnataka. PaniKar facilitates discovery, quotation matching, and digital booking workflows; it does not directly employ service professionals or perform the underlying physical or virtual tasks.

2. User Accounts & Onboarding

Users must provide accurate registration information. Service Providers agree to complete applicable identity and professional credential checks prior to activation.

3. Quotation & Price Approval

Providers independently set their service quotes. Up to 3 counter-offers may be exchanged with an applicable 15-minute validity window. A booking's price is locked upon Customer approval before work commences.

4. Commercial Model & Fees

Provider Commission: Tiered commission (15% to 23%) applies strictly to commissionable service/labour charges. Reimbursed materials, Provider GST, and platform fees are excluded.
Customer Platform Fee: ₹20 plus 18% GST (₹3.60), totaling ₹23.60 per applicable booking.

5. Payment Workflow

After the service is marked complete, the Customer reviews the bill and proceeds with payment through the supported PaniKar booking flow.
